How to remove the FRx service pack currently installed

Note: These instructions assume one FRx Designer installation resides on the workstation. If multiple installations exist, the Unwise program may not rollback the version successfully because of the specific paths in the registry. If multiple FRx installations exist on a workstation, contact Sage Customer Support for assistance.

1. In Windows Explorer, browse to the folder containing FRx32.exe (FRx Designer executable file).
2. Double-click unwise.exe.
3. In the Select Uninstall Method window, select Automatic.
4. Click Next.
5. In the Perform Rollback window, click Yes.
6. Click Next, and the Unwise program returns FRx Designer to the previous version.
7. Confirm the version rollback occurred. In Windows Explorer, browse to the folder containing FRx32.exe.
8. Right-click FRx32.exe, and select Properties.
9. In the Properties window, click the Version tab, and verify the FRx version number.
