"OFSI server FS(Accounting System) is not available. Make sure it is installed and registered properly" occurs when setting a company as default.

Possible Resolution:

The OFSI DLL file is not registered properly. To resolve this issue, perform the following:

1. From Windows Explorer, browse to the FRx program directory.
2. Locate the file referenced in the error. For example, if the error states "OFSI server FSMAS9065 is not available...", then locate the FSMAS9065.dll file.
3. Double-click the file, and from the 'Open with' prompt, click the 'Other' button.
4. Browse to the c:\windows\system\ (windows 9x), c:\winnt\system32\ (Windows NT or 2000), or c:\windows\system32\ (windows XP) directory.
5. Double-click the REGSVR32.exe file.
6. Click the 'Open' and 'OK' button.
7. If the error persists, verify that the correct accounting system is defined in FRx Company Information.
1. From FRx, open Company / Information, and select the company.
2. From the 'Accounting System' drop-down box, select the appropriate accounting system. 
3. Click the 'Save' button.
