Deleted accounts continue to display in FRx account lookups.

FRx for Sage MAS 90 and 200:

FRx uses GL_AccountHistory to define account lookup tasks. Accounts deleted from GL_Account remain in GL_AccountHistory. To remove the accounts from GL_AccountHistory, reinitialize the file. Then rebuild the sort files to redefine the information in GL_AccountHistory based on the accounts in GL_Account.

Note: Use caution when working with the following. Always make a backup first. If necessary, seek the assistance of a qualified Sage Software business partner, computer or network technician.

1. Reinitialize GL_AccountHistory.M4T.
2. Rebuild the General Ledger Sort files.
3. Delete the .g32 file.
