How to manually upgrade FRx

Possible Resolution:

Use the Installation Assist and Upgrade Utility to manually convert FRx.
Note: This procedure should be used to manually convert FRx only if the standard conversion and upgrade procedure does not process successfully.

1. In Windows Explorer, open the FRx version 6.7 ..\SysData directory.
2. In Notepad, open System.cfg.
3. Delete the following entry, and save the file:
   [Upgrade]
   SysCode67=xxxxxxx
4. Browse to the FRx root directory where the program files are located.
5. Double-click Installassist.exe to launch the FRx Installation and Upgrade Assist Utility.
6. In the Manufacturing Code field, enter AD
7. In the Old Install System File field, browse to the ..\FrxSys32.mdb file on the previous installation, and then click Next.
8. In the New Sysdata directory field, browse to the ..\FrxSys32.mdb file of the new installation, and then click Next.
9. In the New Install Directory field, browse to the ..\Frx32.exe file of the new installation, and then click Next.
10. In the Results window, verify that no exceptions are noted. If exceptions exist, click Yes at the "Would you like to view the log file now?" message.
