Possible Resolution:
FRx for Sage PFW ERP:
- The company code in FRx Company Information may be incorrect.
- Open FRx, and when prompted, select the company referenced in the error and click 'Edit'.
- In the 'Company Information' window, click the 'System Specific Information' tab.
- Note the code in the 'Company Code' field.
- On the server, open Windows Explorer and go to the ..\Platinum\ folder.
- Locate a subfolder that matches the company code.
- If there are no matches, search for a folder name that is similar to the company code or the company name.
- Enter that company code in FRx.
- User rights may not have not been granted within Sage PFW to access the company.
- Open Sage PFW, and log on as "Admin".
- Open Admin / User Setup / Modify an existing user.
- Click 'Next', select the user, and click 'Next' again.
- At the 'Available Companies' window, select the check box for the company referenced in the error.
- Click 'Next' and then click 'Finish'.
