How to change the header and footer information in FRx
Possible Resolution:
- Select File / Open / Catalog.
- Select a catalog, and click 'OK'.
- Click the 'Page Options' tab.
- Click the 'Headers/Footers' tab.
- Select the 'Page headers' radio button to display or change the 'Page Header' information.
- Select the 'Page footers' radio button to display or change the 'Page Footer' information.
Define the following options as needed:
Left, Centered, Right:
Enter text or codes in these cells to right, center, or left-align the information in the header or footer.
Center headers or footers on a page:
Select this option to center your headers and footers horizontally on the report page. If you do not select this option, headers and footers are centered over the report data.
Codes:
These codes pull variable information into the headers and footers of your report.
To select a code:
- Click the Left, Center, or Right cell to define the text alignment.
- Click the 'Codes' drop-down box, and select from the following options:
- @COMP - 'Company Information' dialog box, 'Company Name' box
- @TITLE - 'Reporting Tree' window, column D, 'Title/Description'
- @ROW - 'Row Format' description
- @COL - 'Column Layout' description
- @TXTDATE - 'Periods and Dates' dialog box, 'Report Date' box
- @NUMDTE - 'Catalog of Reports' window, 'Report Date' box formatted as mm/dd/yy
- @TXTPER - 'Periods and Dates' dialog box, 'Period Covered' text box
- @TXTP+D - 'Periods and Dates' dialog box, 'Period Covered' and 'Report Date' boxes
- @TXTPER# - 'Periods and Dates' dialog box, 'Base Period' box formatted as text
- @PAGE - Print page number
- @RUNIT - 'Reporting Tree' window, column B, 'Company' and column C, 'Unit Code'
- @PDATE - Current computer system date at processing
- @PTIME - Current computer system time at processing
- @CAT - 'Catalog of Reports' window, 'Catalog ID' box
- @BLANK - To force a blank line
- @CATDESC - 'Catalog of Reports' window, 'Catalog Description' box
- @ROUND - 'Formatting' tab, 'Rounding of Amounts' box
- @FNAME - 'Output Options', 'File Name' box
- @UNITT[#] - Additional text entry from the reporting tree
- @TREE - To use report header from tree format
- @FILTER - To use an account filter
Font Styles:
This option sets font styles for the selected header or footer cells. To change the report header or footer font style, select the text and click the 'Font Styles' arrow to select a font style.
