How to compact the specification set or system database.

Possible Resolution:

1. Have all users exit FRx.
2. Identify the files to back up before compacting:
1. Launch FRx Report Designer. Select Company / Select Default.
2. Select the default company, and click 'OK'.
3. Select Company / Specification Sets to open the 'Specification Sets' window, note the following, and click 'Close':
• Location
• Name
4. Select Admin / Organization to open the 'Organization Information' window.
5. Click the 'SysData' button to open the 'Change SysData Directory' window.
6. Note location of the ..\SysData folder in the 'Current Directory' field, and click 'OK'.
3. Close FRx.
4. Open Windows Explorer, go to the ..\SysData folder, and make a copy or a backup of the following:
• FRxSys32.mdb
• The specification set file noted in the 'Specification Sets' window
5. Open FRx Report Designer. Select Company / Select Default, and set the company to be compacted as default.
6. Select File / Compact FRx Database, and select the data to be compacted:
• Current Spec Set
• FRx System Database
7. Click 'Yes' at "Compact now" prompt.
