"Error loading column for printing" when using the XAD column restriction.

Steps to Duplicate:

Note: Sage Software Customer Support was unable to duplicate this issue with demo data. The following steps are based on a reported case.

1. In FRx generate the INCOME DET catalog to Enhanced XML.
2. Note that error occurs.
3. Open Column Layout INCOME COL PRCT and remove XAD from column B.
4. Save and generate the report.
5. Note that the report generates without errors.

Expected Behavior:
Error should not occur when using the XAD column restriction.
