Possible Resolution:

The Catalog ID is damaged. To resolve, create a new Catalog ID:

Create a new catalog ID for the report. Select the same row, column, reporting tree (if applicable), and detail level, and save.

Generate the report using the 'Enhanced XML' Drilldown Viewer.

After the report launches in the Drilldown Viewer, select File / Export / Worksheet File / Excel (.XLS).
