Subject:

"Error 9060: Error in frxxmlReportHeaderFile Module during the CreateZipFile procedure", when generating a report in FRx.  FRx and/or System files need to be registered on the problematic workstation or server.

Possible Resolution:

Resolution A:

1. At the workstation receiving the error, browse to the FRx root directory.
2. Double-click the FRxReg.exe file.

Resolution B:

1. Click the link below, and save the batch file in the FRx Root directory.
2. Double-click the executable to register the files.
