How to add General Ledger accounts in FRx reports

Possible Resolution:

Resolution 1: 

  1. On the File menu, point to New, and click Row.
  2. On the Edit menu, click Add Rows from Chart of Accounts
  3. Edit the account mask to specify which accounts will be added, or leave as the default value to add all accounts. 
  4. Click OK.

Resolution 2: 

  1. On the File menu, point to New, and click Row.
  2. In the Link to General Ledger column, click the arrow to open the GL Account Links window.
  3. Double-click a cell in the From Account (range) -or- Individual Account or Account Set column. The Select General Ledger Account window opens. At this window,  you can view or search for all the accounts or account sets in General Ledger.
  4. In the Search field, type the first digits of an account code. If the account code is unknown, leave the Search field blank to view all natural account codes.
  5. Click More to view additional codes.
  6. Select the account numbers, and click OK.
  7. Click OK at the GL Account Links window when you are finished creating the link.
