The FRx window is minimized and cannot be restored or maximized.

Possible Resolution:

1. Open the frx.ini file, located in the Windows or Winnt folder. 
2. Open the file using Notepad.
3. In the 'Options' section, change the setting APPMAX=FALSE to APPMAX=TRUE.
4. Select File / Save.
