"Error 53, file not found" when generating any FRx report

"Error 53, file not found" occurs when generating any FRx report. 

Possible Resolution:

The import/export path in the company information is an invalid directory. 

1. On the Company menu, select Company Information.
2. In the Import and export path field, change the path.

If the error continues, use a UNC path name to the correct location. For example, \\server_name\FRx\io_data).

If the error persists, verify the following: 

1. The output path in the catalog is valid.  
2. The Drill32.exe file is located in the main FRx directory.
3. If using a tree, confirm that the default company is one of the companies in the tree. 
4. If the output is the DrillDown viewer, confirm that the Catalog's Output Type is set to Drilldown Viewer (Enhanced XML).
