Possible Resolution:
This error occurs when launching FRx Designer.
FRx encountered a problem while reading the Windows login name for the current user.

There are two possible solutions:
Change the user's Windows login name to one that is less than 15 characters and does not contain any symbols. Modify the FRX.INI file to prevent FRx from reading the Windows username. Click 'Start' and click 'Run'. Type FRX.INI and click 'OK'. Under the [Options] header, locate the suppressNetName option. If this option is found, change the value from FALSE to TRUE.

If the suppressNetName option is not found, add the following line under the [Options] section:� header:SuppressNetName=TRUE
