New G/L accounts are missing in FRx

New General Ledger accounts are missing in FRx.
Possible Resolutions:
FRx for all products:
- Insert a row for the new account number.
- In FRx, select Row Format, and select the row related to the catalog of reports.
- Insert a row where the new account number should display.
- In Column 'H' (Link to General Ledger), enter the account number.
- Save the row.
- Run the 'Build Local G/L Indexes' utility within FRx.
Note: This process run be faster if all users exit General Ledger for the affected company. - In FRx, select Admin / Build Local GL Index.
- Click 'Yes' at "Building the GL index will take time. Do you want to build the GL index for xxx now?" (xxx = company code).
- If the G/L accounts are still missing after rebuilding the indexes, close FRx and delete the .G32 file.
- If a 'Reporting Tree' is used, verify the account masking for all units of the tree. For example: if account 1505-00-18 is missing from the report, add a unit with the correct masking &&&&-00-18.
FRx for Sage MAS 90 and 200:
- The version of SY_FRx.pvc might be incorrect. The FRx service pack for 6.5 and 6.7 requires an updated SY_FRx.pvc file to function properly.
- Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.10:
SY_FRx.pvc should have a modified date of 03/19/2005.
Note: The file should reside only in the ..\Mas90\Sy\ folder. Remove the file from ..\Mas90\Soa\ if it exists. - In Windows Explorer, go to ..\Mas90\Sy\.
- Right-click SY_FRx.PVC, and select 'Properties'.
- The 'Modified' date should display "Saturday, March 19, 2005".
- Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.0x:
SY_FRx. pvc file should have a modified date of 02/18/2005.
Note: SY_FRx.pvc is included with program fix FR6004-T for FRx 6.5 and in the FR6005-T for FRx 6.7. - In Windows Explorer, go to ..\Mas90\Soa\.
- Right-click SY_FRx.PVC, and select 'Properties'.
- The 'Modified' date should display "Friday, February 18, 2005".
