FRx Registration information disappears after closing FRx and re-launching

Possible Resolution:
During installation, FRx creates .frx files in the FRx root directory that are deleted once FRx is successfully installed. In rare cases, these files are not automatically deleted. A lingering .frx file on any machine with FRx installed can cause the problem.

1. Log out of FRx. Make sure all other FRx users are logged out as well.
2. Check for *.frx files in the FRx directory of ALL machines that have FRx installed.
3. In a fat client setup where the FRx executables are installed on multiple workstations, all workstations would need to be checked.
4. In a thin client setup, only the server would need to be checked.
5. Delete any *.frx file that you find.
6. Follow the instructions for compacting the FRx System Database in Compacting an FRx Database.
7. Delete any *.frx file found.
8. Follow the instructions for compacting the FRx System Database
