Error 0 occurs when generating a report to the DrillDown Viewer

Possible Resolutions:

• Verify there is a default printer defined and a test page prints successfully.
• Register the Msxml.dll file in the Windows System directory (c:\windows\system\ on Win9x machines, and c:\winnt\system32\ on WinNT machines).
  Note: FRx uses Microsoft XML components to generate and parse XML files. Other programs that use XML have been known to install additional XML components that add to the functionality of the Msxml.dll component that FRx uses. When these additional files are installed, the FRx DrillDown Viewer may stop functioning and return an Error 0 when attempting to open XML files.
• Create a new catalog using the appropriate building blocks.
• Back up the ..\sysdata\ folder, and reinstall FRx.
