Possible Resolution:

1. Close Excel and close F9 (if open)
2. Check that F9.exe isn't running as a process in task manager.
3. Manually go to the F9 installation folder and start the F9.exe followed by the F9.xll file.

The next time F9 is launched these messages should not be received.
