Spreadsheet does not update.
Possible Resolution:
Remove F9 and re-install it. Perform the following:
- From the Windows Start menu, click Settings and Control Panel. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
- Click F9. Click Remove.
- From the Windows Start menu, click Search. Search for the file F9.exe.
- Delete any instances of F9.exe that are found. Rename any F9 directories.
- Download the latest version of F9 for your Sage product from www.f9.com.
- Install the latest version of F9.
