F9 uses GL_AccountHistory to determine account numbers and balances. To resolve:

Note: Use caution when working with these utilities. Always make a backup first. If necessary, seek the assistance of a qualified Sage Software business partner, computer or network technician.

  1. Have all users exit F9 and Sage MAS 90 or 200.
    Note: All users must exit both programs to perform this procedure successfully.
  2. Reinitialize GL_AccountHistory.M4T.
  3. Rebuild the General Ledger sort files to redefine the information in GL_AccountHistory based on the accounts in GL_Account.
