F9 formula returns the actual amount instead of the budget amount.

Possible Resolution:

F9 has formulas and specifiers for reporting General Ledger actual amounts and budget amounts. To return budget amounts, include the word "budget" (without quotes) with the period specifier in the formula.

For example, to return the budget amount for June, enter "budget 6" (without quotes) in the period specifier portion of the F9 formula.
