Possible Resolution:

Select the 'Include Inactive Accounts' check box.

F9 for Sage BusinessWorks Accounting:

  1. Open F9 / Setup or F9 / Settings / Setup.
  2. Select the 'Include Inactive Accounts' check box.
  3. Click the 'Apply' and 'OK' buttons.
