F9 reports do not update with correct data from Sage BusinessWorks.
Possible Resolution:
- Remove unnecessary files in any temporary folders on the c:\ drive.
- Clear the contents of the \Windows\temp folder and the ...\Documents and Settings\(User)\Local Settings\Temp folder.
Note: By default, the Local Settings is a hidden folder. To display the Local Settings folder: - From the Windows Explorer main menu, select Tools / Folder Options.
- Select the 'View' tab.
- Select 'Show Hidden Files and Folders'.
