Correct a Duplicate E-Mail Registration Error

Perform the following steps to correct a duplicate e-mail registration error.
  1. Click the forgot your password? link in the Logon ID <e-mail address> is already assigned; choose another ID message.
  2. Type a valid e-mail address in the E-mail Address field.
  3. Type the e-mail address again in the Verify E-Mail Address field.
  4. Type your first name in the First Name field.
  5. Type your last name in the Last Name field.
  6. Click Submit. The system sends you a message with a new password.

    Note Note: If you get a message that the system cannot find a match, check the e-mail address and name information you entered for accuracy, make any corrections, and click Submit again.
