What should I do if I cannot remember my password?

Use the steps that follow to reset your password. You will need the e-mail address, first name, and last name for which you are registered..

  1. Click Partner Reset Password.
  2. Enter your user ID and e-mail address. You must enter this information exactly as it is on your account.
  3. Click Submit.

You will be sent an e-mail message with a new, temporary password.

I am not sure that I am set up with a logon ID. How do I gain access to the Partner Portal ?
