Internet Browser Configuration for Sage Customer Portal and Sage Partner Portal

Internet Explorer 10 Freezing Issues:
Windows 7 Users: If you are using Windows 7 and have recently upgraded your web browser to Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 from a prior version, certain areas will appear to freeze or not respond when browsing the Sage Customer Portal, even when Compatibility Mode is enabled. You may either remove the update from the Programs and Features control panel or alternatively use Google Chrome for Windows. Windows 8 Users: If you recently upgraded to the Windows 8 operating system and are attempting to use the desktop version of Internet Explorer 10, certain areas will appear to freeze or not respond, even when Compatibility Mode is enabled. We recommend that you download and use Google Chrome as your web browser in the interim when interacting with the Sage Customer Portal or Sage Partner Portal.
Unsupported Web Browsers:
The Sage Customer Portal is not compatible with Internet Explorer 10, Safari and Google Chrome running on non-Windows based platforms at this time and limited support is available in Mozilla Firefox. Please use Internet Explorer versions 7, 8 or 9 or Google Chrome for Windows. |
