General Requests Overview

A General request is a non-technical type of inquiry directed to Sage. For example, you might inquire about billing or make a request to change account information.

The General Requests area allows you to create, search, and view your own General Requests. You have access to your own requests and, if you are aligned to a customer and have been granted permission, you may view, but not create, General Requests for your customers.
