You
can view your Service Contracts or your customer’s
contracts. These are all contracts for service, support, and
maintenance.
Contracts also display as line items in
Installed Base screen but no details are provided there. You must go to
the Services tab to view start and end dates.
Like all the
other areas of the portal, there are two possible views on the first
page. If the advanced search fields do not show, you can click the Show
Advanced Search button to open the search fields. This is an on/off
toggle button.
You will only use a few of the tabs in the Service Contracts
area even though there are several available. Relevant
information is found on the General Data and Products tab at the header
level and the Service Data tab at the line item level below.
