Sort records within a report
Some reports provide the
functionality to sort the displayed results based on values
within specific columns. This is done using a right-click menu.
If
a column supports the ability to sort data within a displayed report
(for example, sort by usage type or account), follow these steps from within a
displayed report:
- Right-click the column label you wish to sort.
- Select Sort xxxx
from the right click menu (where "xxxx" is the name of the column).
- Select how you want to sort the data. For example: Ascending or Descending).

Note: If the sort options include
by Key or
by Description,
select Key for the digit or code for the value (for example, Account ID) and select Description (for example, customer name) for the text.
To remove a sort you just added, click the right mouse button and select
Back -->
Back one step.
