Slow Performance when generating layouts in Financial Reports 2-5(MAS)

Steps to Duplicate:

In AVI company:

1. Open Sage MAS 90 and 200 Intelligence Report Manager
2. Open Financials, Financial Reports 2-5(MAS)
3. Click Run
4. Enter 2010 at the Fiscal Year
5. Enter ORIGINAL at the Budget Code Click OK
6. Once Excel workbook is generated, click on Categories tab and map Account Groups
7. Then click on MENU tab, click the Income Statement button for # 4 Actual 1-12, Qtrs & YTD
8. Enter Trend report as the Layout name and click OK
9. Note that it takes approximately 45 minutes to generate the layout. 
10. Click the Balance Sheet button for #10-Annual Prior/Actual Current Period /Actual YTD
11. Click OK for the Layout Name
12. Note that it takes approximately 30 minutes to generate the layout
13. Click the Income Statement on the #11-Actual Current Period / Actual YT / Annual Prior
14. Click OK for the Layout Name
15. Note that it takes approximately 45 minutes to generate the layout
16. In Report Manager, make a copy of the Financial Reports 2-5(MAS)
17. Create and Link the template
18. Generate the report using Fiscal Year 2010, ORIGINAL
19. Note that the report takes 1-2 hours to generate
