Solution:

1. In the server field enter the name of the SQL Server

2. In the Database field enter the MAS_xxx database.

3. In the User Name field, enter a user name that was defined in SQL Server that have rights to access the company database in step 2.

4. In the password field, enter the password for the user name in step 3.
