BI Tools Tab is missing from the ribbon

Possible Resolution:

Disable and re-enable the COM Add-Ins in Excel.

In Excel 2007 or 2010:

1. Open Microsoft Excel
2. Click on the Microsoft Icon on the top left corner, then click on Excel Options button.
3. Select Add-Ins from the toolbar on the left hand side
4. Under "Manage" drop down list, select COM Add-Ins and click "Go"
5. Unselect BI Generator and click OK.
6. Repeat steps 2-4
7. This time, select BI Generator and click OK.
8. The BI Tools tab should reappear.
