Possible Resolution:

Uninstalling Sage MAS Intelligence using Add/Remove Programs uses a "safe" removal method. Any files which have been altered since SMI has been installed are not removed by the uninstallation. For this reason to completely remove all of the SMI files you will need to uninstall SMI and then delete the SMI folder from the hard drive.

You would uninstall Alchemex using the Microsoft Windows Add or Remove Programs option.

Once Alchemex is uninstalled from a workstation you should manually delete the Sage MAS Intelligence folder (where the alchemex.svd file is saved).
