1. Close Sage MAS Intelligence.
2. Close all other instances of Excel that you have open.
3. Open Task Manager.(Right click on your Task bar and select Task Manager)
4. Select theProcesses Tab and locate any EXCEL.EXE items and (for each Excel.exe process) right click on the item and select End Process.
