Possible Resolution:

Use caution when working with the following. Always make a backup first. If necessary, seek the assistance of a qualified Sage Software business partner or Sage Software Customer Support analyst.

1. Have all users exit Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS Intelligence.
   Note: All users must exit both programs to perform this procedure successfully.
2. Have the user exit Excel and use Windows Task Manager to stop all Excel.exe processes.
3. Reinitialize GL_AccountHistory.M4T. For instructions, see How to reinitialize and manually reinitialize data files.
4. Rebuild the General Ledger Sort Files. For details, see How to rebuild sort files.
