Possible Resolution:

Most likely the Account Grouping is incorrectly setup for those GL Accounts.

Click on the Categories Excel worksheet and review the Account Group Codes.

If unsure which Account Group to map you can compare to General Ledger - Maintain Accounts and look at the saved Account Group for that GL Account.
