How to use Unified Login with Sage MAS Intelligence

Possible Resolution:

In order to use Unified Login with Sage MAS Intelligence (SMI), you will need to populate the password field in user maintenance with the network password.  SMI will read the user name and password from the MAS 90 files.  If the password field is left blank, SMI will not be able verify the user information.  To populate the password field:

1. Open LM / Setup / System Configuration.
2. Click the 'Security' tab (first tab).
3. Clear the 'Use Unified Logon' check box
4. Click Accept
5. Open Library Master / Main / User Maintenance and select the applicable user
6. Enter the password (which in this case for 'Unified Logons' the password must be same as the network password).
7. Click 'Accept', and close User Maintenance.
8. Open LM / Setup / System Configuration.
9. Click the 'Security' tab (first tab).
10. Select the 'Use Unified Logon' check box.
11. Click 'Accept' to close the window.

NOTE: These steps will need to be performed each time the Network Password changes.
