Note: Sage Software Customer Support cannot duplicate this issue with demo data. The following steps are based on a reported case.

In reported cases the cause of the issue was insufficient permission to repository location, to resolve change the repository location to a UNC path with full control permission.

1. Launch Report manager
2. Click on Report Repository tab
3. Click on Change Repository folder button on the top right corner
4. Enter a valid new UNC path with Full control in the page that comes up.
5. Press Ok and try again,
