How to Lock Sage MAS Intelligence Reports.

Possible Resolution:

To create the same type of locked standard report in Sage MAS Intelligence for imported or new reports, the following can be performed:

1. Highlight the Report (ex.: DashBoard Analysis 2-2(MAS500)
2. Click the 'Show Advanced' checkbox in the lower left hand corner.
3. Click the 'Protect The Output Book' checkbox.
4. Click the 'Unlock Report on Copy' checkbox.
5. Click the 'Report Locked' checkbox.
6. Click Apply.
7. Enter a Password (this is required). Confirm the password and enter again.
a. Note that the Report becomes locked but the Details of the Locked Report Match now.
8. It informs the user that in order to unlock the report they will need to copy into a new folder.
9. Copy and paste the Report into a new folder. It is automatically unlocked and available for editing. A password is not required.
