"Report Execution Error : Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040E23 Number -2147217885 Source :  Driver Error : Unknown SQL State : Unknown"in Sage MAS Intelligence.  This issue is related to the performance issue.  See Slow performance when generating various reports in Sage MAS Intelligence for more information

Steps to Duplicate:

In STR company:

1. 1. Open Sage MAS 90 and 200 Intelligence Report Manager
   2. Open Financials, Financial Reports 2-0(MAS)
   3. Click Run
   4. Enter 2010 at the Fiscal Year
   5. Enter ORIGINAL  at the Budget Code Click OK
   6. Report will run for an extended period of time(over 50 minutes)
   7. "Report Execution Error : Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040E23 Number -2147217885 Source :  Driver Error : Unknown SQL State : Unknown" will occur

Expected Behavior:

Report should generate without error

Possible Workaround:

Generate the report without budget information by manually entering the budget name in lower case. The SQL query is case sensitive and the report will generate without budget information when the name is entered in lower case.
