Not able to Import Reports in SMI Report Manager after purchasing additional Report Manager License.

Steps to Duplicate:

1. In SMI License Manager, enter a Customer and Serial number that has 1 free Report Manager and 1 additional Report Manager license.
2. In Report Manager, highlight the Home folder.
3. Click on Tools menu. Note: the Import Reports is not listed.
4. In SMI License Manager, enter a Customer and Serial number that has the Connector License.
5. Note: The Import Reports is listed on Tools menu.

Expected Behavior:

Ability to Import Reports should be enabled after purchasing an additional Report Manager license.

Possible Workaround:

Purchase Connector module or use Bulk Import function in SMI.
