Possible Resolution:

Disable Hardware Acceleration

1. Close out of SMI.
2. From Windows Desktop, right click and select Properties.
3. In Display Properties window, select the Settings tab and click Advanced.
4. On the Troubleshoot tab, slide the Hardware Acceleration scroll bar to None
5. Click Apply
6. Click Ok
