When filteringby Account Segment  has been selected in the Report Designer, the account numbers displayed do not change.

Possible Resolution:

The Account Number row is static and will not change based on the filter selected.  When a filter has been selected, amounts will only display for the accounts that meet the filter criteria.  All other accounts will be shown with a zero balance.
