After installation of Sage MAS Intelligence (SMI) menu items are missing

Possible Resolution:

1. From SQL Server, verify the module was created in tsmModuleStrDef table.
2. Run SELECT * FROM   tsmModuleStrDef WHERE ModuleNo = 1212. If not found, uninstall and reinstall the server side SMI application.
3. If prompted, click "Continue" to add the menu items.
4. Relaunch MAS 500 Desktop go to MAS Intelligence \ Licence Manager. 
5. Add appropriate user(s).
6. Open System Manager / Maintenance / Maintain User.  Change the task menu to MI for all MAS Intelligence users.
