Possible Resolution:

The report template needs to be refreshed

  1. Open Report Manager
  2. Highlight the applicable report and click Run button
  3. Once report has generated into Excel, click on the BI Tools ribbon
  4. Click the Refresh Data button
  5. Click Ok to "Data Refreshed Successfully."
  6. Go back to Report Manager and relink the template.
