Security Manager does not display all users in Terminal Services environment.

Steps to Duplicate:

(Only able reproduce in specific Environments where Terminal Server / Citrix is being used and users are logging in using Windows Authentication)

1. Expand MAS Intelligence, Maintenance, License Manager.
2. Create multiple MAS 500 Users. They must require Windows Authentication to login to MAS 500.
3. Expand MAS Intelligence, Maintenance, Security Manager.
4. Open Security Manager.
5. Note the Users tab only displays the one User logged into MAS 500. Any other users that are setup in the License Manager are not available to be edited.

Expected Behavior:

The Security Manager show should all users that are setup in the License Manager.

Possible Workaround:

None.
