Possible Resolution:

1. Launch Command prompt
2. Type the following change directory command: cd\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\ 
3. Type the following at the Command prompt:   gacutil.exe  /i  "C:\Program Files\Sage Software\Sage MAS 500 Client\Managed Applications\Primary Interop Assemblies\adodb.dll"
4. Click on Enter
5. Message populated should read as "ADODB Successfully registered"
6. Close all above Windows
7. Launch SMI Report Manager
