Possible Resolution:

1. Open License Manager
2. Double click on the company name in the object window and all assigned licenses will be displayed
3. Highlight the Computer Name indicated in the error message
4. From the Workstation License Type dropdown menu, select Administrator(ADM)
5. Click Apply button
