Steps to Duplicate:

In [CSI] company:

1. Open MAS Intelligence / Report Manager .
2. Open Financials / Financial Reports 2-0(MAS 500)
3. Click Run icon
4. Enter 2010 at the Fiscal Year
5. Click on the ellipses and select a  Budget Code
6. Click OK
   NOTE: Approximately 10 minutes later, report times out before any data is displayed

Expected Behavior:

After a reasonable amount of time, report should display data and not time out.
