Possible Resolution:

The version of MAS maybe incompatible with Sage MAS Intelligence.  SMI is only compatible with version 4.40 of MAS 90 and 200 or version 7.30 of MAS 500

The user may not have the correct ODBC security for the report.

The company may not have all of the required modules for the report to generate.  The following reports are dependant on modules other than General Ledger:

• Customer Sales 2-0 (MAS), Dashboard Sales Sub 2-0 (MAS), Top Customers By Product 2-0 (MAS) and  Top Products by Customer 2-0 (MAS) use both Accounts Receivable and Inventory Management
• Inventory Status 2-0 (MAS) use both Inventory Management and Accounts Payable
• Vendor Purchases 2-0 (MAS) use both Accounts Payable and Purchase Order
